However on larger items shipped UPS Ground or trucking, I must add weight or adjust to reflect the percentage the host takes. On a smaller USPS Priority mail item the cost is really not effected, any difference I absorb as the seller. This means they collect a percentage of the shipping cost besides the standard item cost. Some time back the host started charging a finale value fee on shipping. I must charge shipping! I try to keep the cost down and do not charge a packaging fee. However it is necessary and for what I sell. Shipping please read: Shipping is a necessary evil nobody likes to pay it. Please then contact me so we can resolve the issue. I give some slack because if you get a item on a Monday you might not get a chance to really check it out until Saturday if your working. That is please contact me if there is a problem within 5 days. But for what I sell I am going to continue with my policy of 5 days. I find most all buyers just want what they bought. There have been no items were I refused a full refund including return shipping when I have made a mistake. I do my best to tell the truth and honor my mistakes. I find it easier to manage store selling than bulk auctions.
